Trainee Business Analyst

About the role

The Trainee Business Analyst programme is designed for candidates who want to launch a career in business analysis. You will follow a structured training pathway, earn four internationally recognised qualifications and receive dedicated support from tutors, mentors and a recruitment consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support the analysis of existing processes and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Help prepare basic reports and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Participate in change initiatives and facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
• Provide administrative support for project documentation and tracking.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about problem solving.
• Good administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to study, pass examinations and obtain professional certifications.
• Interest in business analysis, change management or project management.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools are required at this stage.
