About the role
This is a trainee position in a precision engineering company that supplies high‑precision components to the aerospace and defence sectors. You will receive hands‑on mentoring and external training while developing your CNC programming skills.
Key responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up CNC machines and, over time, develop programming capabilities.
- Work alongside senior engineers, receiving training and shadowing as needed.
Required profile
- Level 3 Engineering qualification.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in CNC machining.
- No prior experience required.
