Trainee Dental Nurse – Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Dental Nurse to join our mixed NHS and private practice in Sevenoaks. You will gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of dental treatments while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dental team during NHS and private appointments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
• Support patient care, including taking histories and providing post‑treatment instructions.
• Help with infection control procedures and sterilisation of instruments.
• Learn to operate modern digital dental technology, including imaging and CAD/CAM systems.

Required profile

• Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic about learning.
• Good communication skills with patients and colleagues.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems.
• Enrolled or planning to enrol on the NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing (proof required).
