Trainee Early Years Assessor (Home Based)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Early Years professional to join a leading training provider as a Trainee Early Years Assessor. This full‑time, permanent position is home‑based with learners located in Brentwood and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including Functional Skills.
• Provide mentorship and coaching remotely via telephone, video, and email.
• Visit learners in their workplace to support progress and assess competency.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure learners meet apprenticeship standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or higher in a nursery setting.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work independently from home while covering Brentwood and nearby locations.
