Trainee Electronics Production Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Electronics Production Assistant to join our award‑winning electronics manufacturing team near Exeter. The role offers full training on modern assembly equipment and the chance to develop practical skills in electronic device production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, testing and quality control of electronic components.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot minor issues on the production line.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic IT proficiency.

What we offer

• Salary £26,364 per year with increase after probation.
• 39‑hour week (Mon‑Thu 8:00‑16:30, Fri 8:00‑15:30) with flexible/compressed hours after probation.
