Trainee Electronics Teacher – Military Training (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a Trainee Electronics Teacher to deliver hands‑on electrical training to MOD and military students. This full‑time, on‑site position is based near Lyneham and offers a clear pathway from the workshop to a teaching career within a leading defence contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre‑set course materials to military trainees.
• Prepare lesson plans, conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
• Develop and improve training content and course materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to enhance training processes and ensure health and safety compliance.

Required profile

• HNC or HND (or equivalent) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Motivation to move off the tools into a trainer/instructor role.
• Ability to commute to Lyneham (within the Swindon, Chippenham, Bath area).

What we offer

• Salary £46,000 rising to £49,000 once qualified.
• 37‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, no overtime.
