Trainee Employee Benefits Associate – Leeds

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing professional services firm to hire a Trainee Employee Benefits Associate for their Leeds office. This entry‑level position offers a unique chance to develop expertise in employee benefits within a supportive consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior consultants with client and provider queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their benefits requirements.
• Assist in employee benefits reviews, report writing and policy renewals.
• Attend client meetings both virtually and on‑site.
• Help administer benefits policies, manage claims and underwriting processes.
• Analyse employee and benefits data and stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes.

Required profile

• First‑class degree in a numerate, analytical or business‑related discipline.
• Previous experience in employee benefits or a related professional services field (e.g., finance, recruitment, legal, accountancy).
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and analytical abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to manage workload in a busy environment.
