Trainee Estate Agent – Full Training Provided – Gloucester

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join an award‑winning independent estate agency in Gloucester as a Trainee Estate Agent. No prior experience in property is required – you will receive full training and ongoing support to develop a successful career in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales to meet agreed targets.
• Support the sales process from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare property information following valuations.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Generate mortgage appointments and promote additional company services.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Work in compliance with industry legislation and company procedures.

Required profile

• Mature, professional and eager to learn.
• Well presented with excellent communication skills.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for record‑keeping.

• Training salary of £27,000 for the first 6‑9 months.
