Trainee Estate Agent - Full Training Provided

About the role

This is an entry‑level position with full training to become a qualified estate agent in Stroud. You will join an award‑winning independent agency that values local knowledge and community involvement, and you will be supported every step of the way.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiating property sales to meet agreed targets
• Supporting the sales process from instruction through to completion
• Preparing property information following valuations
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other parties involved in the sales process
• Generating mortgage appointments and promoting additional company services
• Maintaining accurate records using the company’s CRM system
• Working in line with industry legislation and company procedures

• Passionate about Stroud with excellent local knowledge
• Friendly, approachable and confident when speaking with people from all walks of life
• Hardworking, reliable and determined to build a successful career
• Mature, professional and eager to learn
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• In possession of a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

• £27,000 training salary for the first 6‑9 months
