Trainee Estate Agent

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior agents in communicating with buyers and sellers.
• Learn and support the property viewings process.
• Participate in the listing process, from data entry to marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle telephone enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and support day‑to‑day office activities.

Required profile

• No prior estate agency experience required, but sales experience is essential.
• Presentable, confident and committed to learning.
• Strong desire to build a long‑term career in a professional environment.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and telephone manner.
• Full UK driving licence and own car are mandatory.
