Connells Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join the Allen & Harris residential sales team in Oxford. This entry‑level position offers industry‑leading training and a clear career pathway within the UK’s leading property services business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Arrange appointments for the branch and collaborate with the Mortgage Advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools.
