About the role

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with tenants, landlords and prospective applicants.
• Arrange and attend property viewings.
• Support the lettings team with enquiries and bookings.
• Register applicants and capture their property requirements.
• Perform general administration linked to the lettings process.
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Learn the complete lettings process from start to finish.
