About the role

Leaders, a well‑established property group, is looking for a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join its sales team in Witham. This entry‑level position offers a clear pathway into the UK property market, combining on‑the‑job training with hands‑on client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise new business opportunities within the local property market.
• Advertise properties across relevant channels and arrange viewings.
• Register prospective buyers and manage the booking process for property tours.
• Provide exceptional telephone and face‑to‑face customer service.
• Support senior agents with paperwork, negotiations and market research.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, career‑driven and eager to learn the estate agency trade.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail.
