About the role
Join the Taylors residential sales team in Oxford as a Trainee Estate Agent. This entry‑level position offers full training and a clear pathway to become a qualified sales negotiator within the Connells Group.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and book property valuations.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
- Arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Required profile
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.
- Resilient, positive, organised and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools.
