Trainee Estate Agent – Sales Negotiator (West Worthing)

About the role

Fox and Sons, part of the Connells Group, is looking for a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join its West Worthing residential sales team. This full‑time position offers a clear career ladder in property sales, with training, mentorship and exposure to a range of specialist services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments and support branch activity.

Required profile

• Ideally some previous sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• MS Office.
