Trainee Financial Adviser – 24‑Month Pathway Programme

About the role

Radcliffe & Newlands Wealth is launching a 24‑month structured pathway to develop high‑performing financial advisers. As a Trainee Financial Adviser you will progress from paraplanning support to a client‑facing advisory role, gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Support a senior IFA on live cases, drafting suitability reports and cash‑flow models.
• Attend client meetings and gradually take ownership of sections of the advice process.
• Present financial planning recommendations internally and eventually to clients.
• Develop and manage client relationships as you move through the three phases.

Required profile

• Level‑4 qualification (or equivalent) with prior paraplanning experience.
• Strong technical grounding and commercial awareness.
• Confident communicator eager to progress to a client‑facing advisory role.
• Interest in using modern tools, including AI, to enhance productivity.
