Trainee Financial Adviser

About the role

This is a servicing‑focused Financial Adviser position within a growing wealth‑management business. You will manage an allocated client bank, delivering ongoing financial planning advice across pensions, investments and broader wealth‑planning needs. The role is suitable for a newly qualified adviser or an experienced adviser/banker seeking a structured, client‑service environment, with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an allocated portfolio of clients.
• Provide high‑quality financial advice covering pensions, investments and wealth planning.
• Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with an experienced support team for administrative and technical tasks.
• Adhere to a structured advisory process without cold‑calling or self‑generated business.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Valid driving licence.
• Confident communicator with clients.
• Organised, detail‑focused and able to follow a structured advisory process.
