About the role

Join Titan Wealth Planning in Truro as a Trainee Financial Planner. You will work in a supportive, desk‑based environment, assisting an established client bank while gaining hands‑on experience in wealth management advice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning advice to a portfolio of clients with up to £250k in investable assets.
• Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
• Support the conversion of existing clients onto the firm’s service propositions.
• Identify additional client needs across wealth‑planning areas and generate advice income.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the Titan group to uncover cross‑selling opportunities.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and industry expertise.

Required profile

• Diploma‑qualified individual currently working in paraplanning, client management or mortgage advice.
• Motivated to progress to a full Financial Planner role.
• Strong interest in wealth management and retirement planning.
