About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Health and Safety Trainee programme, designed for candidates with no prior experience. The role combines online training with practical risk‑assessment tasks, culminating in a placement as a Health and Safety Advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the IOSH Managing Safely online module.
- Study for and obtain the NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Carry out workplace risk assessments under tutor supervision.
- Prepare reports on hazards and recommend control measures.
- Work with our recruitment team to secure a first‑line health and safety position.
Required profile
- Strong interest in health, safety and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage self‑paced online learning.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Understanding of basic risk assessment principles.
