Trainee HVAC Engineer – Fast Progression

About the role

This is a trainee position for a motivated Mechanical or Electrical Engineer looking to develop a career in HVAC within a fast‑growing energy solutions company. You will work alongside senior engineers, gaining hands‑on experience installing, repairing and maintaining heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior HVAC engineers on a variety of projects.
• Install, service and repair HVAC equipment in commercial and residential settings.
• Perform general building maintenance tasks related to both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support on‑site troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and documented progression plans.

Required profile

• Junior Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or similar background.
• Some hands‑on experience in a technical or maintenance role.
• Strong desire for career development and progression.
• Preferably previous exposure to HVAC or building services.
