Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Entry Level Property Role

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our Bury St Edmunds office. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a career in residential letting, working alongside an award‑winning team and receiving comprehensive training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in growing the property portfolio by sourcing new landlord instructions.
• Conduct viewings, prepare tenancy agreements and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Identify and register new applicants, ensuring accurate data entry into the agency system.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to deliver a first‑class service.
• Contribute to the team’s sales targets and support marketing activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Interest in the UK property market and a desire to build a long‑term career in lettings.
