Trainee Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our independent estate agency in Bracknell as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No prior property experience is required – you will receive full training from the ground up and will be supported to develop a successful career in lettings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior negotiators with property lettings and client interactions.
• Conduct viewings, prepare property information and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Work towards and achieve sales targets using your own initiative.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in a target‑driven sales or customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented with a flexible, helpful approach.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Basic salary plus realistic on‑target earnings of £30,000‑£35,000 per year (uncapped).
