About the role
This permanent position is based in Truro and is ideal for a recent welding certificate graduate or a welder with a few years of experience who wants to develop technical expertise within a globally recognised manufacturer.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all MIG welding operations, primarily on steel and stainless‑steel components.
- Interpret and follow engineering and technical drawings to ensure accurate welds.
- Maintain welding equipment and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the welding team to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Recent college graduate with a welding certificate or a welder with a few years of practical experience.
- Willingness to undertake in‑house training and progress to senior welding roles.
- Ability to commute to Truro.
