Trainee Loss Adjuster – London

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Loss Adjuster to join our claims team in London. You will support the handling of domestic property claims, progressing from initial assessment to final settlement while gaining hands‑on experience in field investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections of residential properties to assess damage.
• Evaluate claim information and prepare detailed loss reports.
• Liaise with policyholders, contractors and other stakeholders to gather necessary evidence.
• Assist senior adjusters in negotiating fair settlements.
• Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with policyholders and team members.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel to claim sites.
• Interest in developing a career in property insurance.
