About the role
As a Trainee Property Adjuster you will manage domestic property claims from the first assessment through to settlement. You will conduct on‑site inspections, assess damages, liaise with policyholders and negotiate settlements, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage domestic property claims from initial assessment to final settlement.
- Conduct on‑site inspections to evaluate property damage.
- Assess damages and prepare detailed reports.
- Liaise with policyholders to gather information and keep them informed.
- Negotiate fair settlements with claimants.
- Collaborate closely with the claims team to ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- Experience as a property claims handler looking to progress to a field role.
- Strong interest in developing loss adjusting skills in a hands‑on environment.
