Trainee Media Sales Executive

About the role

This position offers an exciting entry point into media advertising sales. You will join a well‑established media advertising business and work alongside a fast‑growing team. The role is ideal for candidates who want to launch a sales career in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
• Win new business from local advertisers and nurture existing accounts.
• Make a set number of quality telephone calls each day.
• Generate face‑to‑face meetings and develop relationships with marketing managers or business owners.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and team activities.
• Maintain accurate administration in line with company policies.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

• Confident communicator on phone and in person.
• Self‑starter, motivated, personable and relationship‑focused.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £23,000‑£26,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission with OTE of £28,000‑£33,000.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am‑5:30 pm.
