Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Full CeMAP Training & Career Pathway

About the role

This full‑time position offers a structured entry route into the mortgage advisory field. You will start as a Mortgage Administrator, supporting experienced advisers while receiving funded CeMAP training and industry qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Mortgage & Protection team with client applications from enquiry to completion.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, providers and solicitors to ensure a smooth process.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Support experienced Mortgage Advisors with documentation and client enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and post professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales or an office‑based role.
• Genuine interest in building a long‑term career in mortgage advice.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to learning.

Required skills

• Strong IT skills, particularly confidence using Microsoft Office.
