About the role

Our client, a leading UK estate‑agency financial services business, is seeking an ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor for its Wallington branch. This full‑time position offers structured training, mentoring and a clear pathway to a qualified Mortgage Advisor role.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to provide mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work alongside successful estate‑agency teams.
• Manage mortgage applications from start to finish.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and generate repeat business.
• Maintain FCA compliance throughout the process.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified or currently studying towards CeMAP.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer‑focused and ambitious.
• Professional attitude with a desire to build a career in mortgage advice.
