Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Romford (£29.5k + Car Allowance, OTE £55k+)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a fast‑growing estate agency and financial services business in Romford. You will receive full training, warm leads and administrative support to help you develop a successful career in mortgage advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to provide mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, introducers and estate agency branches.
• Convert warm leads into completed mortgage business.
• Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with FCA standards throughout the process.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification or studying towards it (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivated, target‑driven and professional attitude.
• Previous sales or customer‑facing experience is advantageous.
