Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Thanet Area

About the role

Arun Estates is recruiting a Trainee Mortgage Advisor for its Thanet area business, Mortgage Matters. The role is full time, starts as soon as possible, and offers realistic earnings of around £65,000 including commission, alongside a basic salary of £27,000.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients find their perfect mortgage and protection advice.
• Work proactively with estate agents to generate fresh leads.
• Build strong relationships for repeat business.
• Access the full market to tailor the best deals for each client.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure FCA compliance, upholding honesty, trust and integrity.
• Enjoy working independently while being part of a wider team.

• Basic salary of £27,000 and a car allowance of £2,500.
