Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor

About the role

This full‑time trainee position offers a fast‑track entry into mortgage and protection advice within the Connells Group. You will receive industry‑leading training, high‑quality leads and dedicated support to develop the skills needed for a successful career in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues to generate new business.
• Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection application process.
• Develop advisory knowledge through coaching, training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
