Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor (OTE £50k+)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join Manners & Harrison’s Middlesbrough branch. This entry‑level position is ideal for a CeMAP‑qualified individual who wants to launch a career in mortgage and protection advice, supported by industry‑leading training and high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and generate referral business.
• Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection application process.
• Develop advisory knowledge through coaching, training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and sales targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
