About the role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic individual to join our Thorne store as a Trainee Optical Assistant. This full-time position offers a gateway into the optical retail sector, providing hands‑on experience with customers and support from qualified opticians and technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout their visit.
• Support opticians and technicians with routine tasks.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming retail environment.
• Help with product displays and stock replenishment.
• Provide basic information about eye‑care and hearing services.
