About the role
Join Specsavers as a Trainee Optical Assistant and help customers as they enter the store. This part‑time position offers on‑the‑job training and support from experienced opticians and technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the store
- Book eye tests and manage appointments
- Pre‑screen patients before consultations
- Provide style advice and help choose frames
- Measure frames for proper fit
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
Required profile
- Passionate and hard‑working attitude
- Comfortable interacting with customers and providing friendly service
What we offer
- Part‑time schedule: Friday and Sunday
- Hourly rate of £12.91
- 28 days annual leave
