About the role
Join Specsavers in Tonbridge as a Trainee Optical Pre‑Screener. This part‑time position is ideal for a caring individual who wants to start a career in eye‑care without prior experience, receiving on‑the‑job training and support from qualified opticians and technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers as they enter the store
- Book eye‑test appointments
- Pre‑screen patients before their eye examinations
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic information
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow guidance from senior staff
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday 9 am‑6 pm, Sunday 10 am‑5 pm)
