About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Project Administrator to join our team in London. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track pathway into project management through a structured training programme and on‑the‑job experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior project staff with administrative tasks such as document handling, scheduling and reporting.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and maintaining project files.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders under supervision.
- Help track project progress and update status logs.
Required profile
- Organised, reliable and able to work well in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to develop a career in project management.
- No prior project experience required; suitable for recent graduates or career changers.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
What we offer
- Full‑time employment with a salary between £30,000 and £38,000 per year.
- Access to the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and exam preparation support.
