Trainee Property Executive

About the role
We are partnering with an established real‑estate investment organisation to recruit a Trainee Property Executive. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a solid foundation in acquisitions, property sourcing, administration and portfolio management, working closely with senior professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential property acquisition opportunities.
- Assist with property valuations and investment appraisals.
- Arrange property viewings, surveys and appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, developers and other industry contacts.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Manage diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming enquiries and general administration.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support day‑to‑day business operations and project coordination.
Required profile
- Strong interest in property, real estate or investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Professional, confident and personable manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous property experience is advantageous but not essential.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office IT tools.
