Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sector

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a respected construction recruitment business in Enfield. You will be part of a 20‑person team, learning how to source and place candidates across a range of live construction projects while receiving comprehensive sales and recruitment training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage potential candidates for construction roles using various sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and match candidate profiles to client requirements.
• Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to the team.
• Participate in daily training sessions and contribute to a collaborative office environment.
