About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency in the heart of Bristol as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant focused on Engineering and IT sectors. You will receive one‑to‑one mentorship from senior managers and be trained to run your own recruitment business from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for engineering and IT positions.
• Source, interview and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate closely with senior directors to develop business strategies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong motivation.
• Demonstrated resilience, hard work and a desire to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
