Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search

About the role

Join an award‑winning executive search firm as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will receive structured training, one‑to‑one mentoring and the chance to work directly with senior directors, developing expertise in a specialist market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and senior candidates.
• Identify, engage and assess high‑calibre talent for specialist roles.
• Conduct interviews and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system.
• Contribute to market research and business development activities.

Required profile

• Strong A‑Levels (or equivalent) or comparable academic achievement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High commercial awareness and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Motivation to succeed in a performance‑based environment.

• £26,500 starting salary plus uncapped commission from day one.
• On‑target earnings of £45‑60k in year 1, £70‑80k in year 2 and £100k+ from year 3.
