Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Exeter (Full Training)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our brand‑new Exeter office. You will receive full training to develop the skills needed to match candidates with clients across engineering, energy, IT and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage with potential candidates and client companies.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for open roles.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from vacancy intake to placement.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent and client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and commission objectives.
