About the role

Based in Bristol city centre, you will work in an office environment, handling the full recruitment cycle from cold‑calling businesses to placing candidates across engineering, technical, IT and finance sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100‑150 cold calls per day to generate new client relationships.
• Work with business leaders to understand hiring needs across a range of industries.
• Source, screen and present suitable candidates for open positions.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and maintain communication with all parties.
• Achieve quarterly promotion targets and benefit from uncapped commission.

Required profile

• Motivated to build a long‑term career in recruitment or sales.
• Based in Bristol and seeking an office‑based, full‑time role.
• Recent graduate, entry‑level or junior candidate with strong communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about working with engineering, technical, IT or finance sectors.
