Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Full Training, No Experience Needed

About the role

This is a full‑time, entry‑level position based in Bristol City Centre. You will receive one‑to‑one training from top performers and learn how to run your own recruitment business from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Source, screen and select candidates for technical, engineering and managerial roles.
• Manage the full recruitment project lifecycle, from initial contact to placement.
• Collaborate closely with directors and senior management for guidance and development.
• Progress towards a consultant role with increasing earnings and responsibilities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee with strong motivation and ambition.
• Demonstrated resilience, hard work and a desire for rapid career progression.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• £28,000 basic salary as a trainee, rising to £32,000 as a consultant.
