Oscar Technology is seeking an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing technology and digital recruitment team in Manchester. Key responsibilities

• Source and attract technology‑focused candidates using a variety of online platforms and search techniques.
• Qualify candidates through effective questioning and assess their suitability for client roles.
• Match candidates with client requirements, building strong relationships on both sides.
• Utilise digital touchpoints, personal branding and modern outreach methods while maintaining traditional phone outreach.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand market trends and client needs.

• £25,000 base salary (OTE £38,000‑£75,000) with uncapped commission.
