Trainee Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Our client, a leading legal recruitment firm operating across the UK and Europe, is seeking three enthusiastic individuals to start a career as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. The role offers an eight‑week full‑time training programme followed by hybrid working, with immediate start dates available.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply the end‑to‑end recruitment process for top‑tier law firms.
• Source, engage and assess candidates for specialist legal roles.
• Write compelling job adverts and conduct head‑hunting activities.
• Manage job postings, applicant pipelines and client relationships.
• Negotiate offers and close placements, earning commission from day one.

Required profile

• University degree (2:1 or first class) or at least six months experience in recruitment or sales.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven and resilient.
• Competitive mindset with a willingness to exceed targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
