Trainee Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Join REV & REGS Limited as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and support leading financial services organisations in attracting top talent. You will work from our Sevenoaks office, gaining hands‑on experience across risk, compliance, audit, legal, finance, and sales recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact candidates and clients by phone and email to build relationships.
• Promote the agency’s services and match candidates to permanent and contract roles.
• Search internal and external databases to source suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Arrange interviews, collect feedback and act as a consultative advisor.
• Maintain accurate records of client and candidate information.
• Develop and nurture a strong professional network.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly enthusiastic, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail with good spelling and grammar.
• Organised, punctual and takes pride in delivering quality work.
• Ability to build rapport, find solutions and adapt to varied situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
