Trainee Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join Academics Rochester, a leading education recruitment agency in the South East of England. The role is based in Rochester, Kent and offers a fast‑track entry into the recruitment industry, supporting schools and educational institutions to find the right teaching and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Identify, engage and register suitable candidates through job adverts, applications and compliance checks.
• Guide candidates through the full onboarding process, including interviews and documentation.
• Maintain safeguarding standards for every registration.
• Generate leads for senior Recruitment Consultants and keep them updated on candidate progress.
