About the role

Kick‑start your career in recruitment with a supportive, fast‑growing consultancy. You will work on a warm desk, building relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage a warm recruitment desk, sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to vacancies.
• Write engaging job adverts and advertise openings.
• Conduct candidate interviews, registrations and arrange interview schedules.
• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Develop long‑term relationships and work towards individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Confident and enthusiastic communicator.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and ambition.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Resilient, positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong customer‑service, sales or relationship‑building experience (advantageous).
• Genuine desire to learn and develop within recruitment.
