Trainee Recruitment Consultant – £28k + Commission

About the role

Join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment agency in Bristol as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will receive one‑to‑one training, continuous support and a clear pathway to senior and leadership roles while working with top engineering and technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with clients in the Engineering and Technology sectors.
• Generate new business through outbound sales activity and cold calling.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, advertise vacancies and head‑hunt talent.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through to successful placement.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
