Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Rapid Progression

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Bristol office as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The role offers a full training programme and a clear pathway to management within 9‑12 months, with the potential to earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by prospecting and securing client accounts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to learn industry best practices.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or individual with a background in sales.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and eager to progress quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of sales principles.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline.
